Disable extensions temporarily: Ad blockers or script blockers can interfere with game loading.

Outdated Graphics Driver: Graphics drivers control how visuals are rendered. Please ensure yours is up to date with the latest version.

Restart device and router: "Power cycle" your router (unplug for 2–3 minutes, then plug back in). Restart your computer.

Run in incognito/private mode: This bypasses cached data and extensions.

Enable hardware acceleration: In browser settings, make sure hardware acceleration is turned on.

I Cannot get Merge Academy to load try all kins of ways The first time it  came had nor probles then a coulde you did a basdge it and I only got a white screen no game need help every other game I could play but that one

Hello! Sorry to hear Merge Academy is not loading for you. There are new daily badges for the game this week.

When new badge or events are added or taken away to Merge Academy (or any game), the game’s language has changed. If your browser is still holding onto old, cached files or cookies, it can’t reconcile the “new language” with the “old language,” and the result is often that dreaded white screen.

Additional common culprits include, ad-blockers or extensions interfering, DNS/network problems, outdated graphics drivers. *Please see the troubleshooting steps given to other players below.

If you or anyone reading this is a Windows 10 user, it is possible to experience a variety of issues. Graphics and security updates may no longer be delivered for those staying Windows 10 without ESU.
