Pogo Slot Nile Not Loading

I have never been able to get Niles to load. I am unable to collect any of the badges offered up to this point. Everytime i open the game it loads the coins fall for me to begin playing and it freezes. The reels are staying empty. I have tried to load the game on firefox, edge, and chrome and it still does not work. I have trouble shot everything i know to do. I had a friend go under my name to see if it would load and it wouldnt. I find this really strange since the game loads under her name on her computer and mine. I feel like a link or something is broken and im aggitated because i will not be able to get the badge on the event if it isnt fixed. Please help!!!!
