Hello!
If all troubleshooting steps have been completed:
- Check for Browser updates
- Check for Device Updates
- Check Graphics driver updates
- Power Cycling - Internet equipment
- Allow Pogo.com and the games you want to play through any Anti-virus, Firewall, or additional security on your device.
- Disabling any pop-up blocker, or VPN that may be running
- Adjust Your Monitor Refresh Rate
- Tried a Different Browser or Playing incognito mode
- Meeting the minimum requirements for Pogo
And you are still having issues, please include the following information, this will enable the team to investigate the issue thoroughly, given that not all players are encountering issues:

- Date (approximately) when you first encountered this error:
- Device Type:
- OS version:
- Browsers Tested:
- Current Browser Version Number:
- Troubleshooting already completed:
- Any issues with other games:
