No the gifts don't open

I have 17 unopened gifts.  No error message.  When I click on "See Gift" nothing happens.  ALL of the rest of the page works fine - I can click on prior gift badges, change the number of badges shown per page, etc.  I just cannot open the last 17 gifts I have received.,

Unopened gift count now up to 21.

Like others, this problem of being unable to open Pogo gifts has been going on for MONTHS.  It would be appreciated if someone actually LOOKED Answers HQ forum and provide some HELP!!!

Firefox - 87.0 (64-bit)

The "See Gifts" and right arrow (to tab through the unopened gifts) do nothing.  NOTE:  other functions on the page work fine.  It is only the two I mentioned that are "non-functional".  FYI:  I have tried clearing my browser cache and also tried using Microsoft Edge.  Same results.

When on the Pogo Gifts page, I can right-click and select "Inspect Accessibility Properties".  Attached is a Word document with the Inspect Accessibility Properties printout.

@CTauthor @sprtsfn7 Thank you for providing the doc, I tried on my end and it seems to be functioning. 

To confirm can you try clearing your cache/cookies and signing back in to see if this is still happening? If so can you share the following information?

- Which web browsers have you tried?

- What device are you using?

Browser cache cleared (I really do not want to clear cookies).

Attempted with:

Firefox - 87.0 (64-bit)

Microsoft Edge - Version 89.0.774.76 (Official build) (64-bit)

Using Dell XPS 8940:

Intel Core i9-10900 CPU @ 2.80GHz

Installed RAM:  64.0 GB

System Type:  64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Windows 10 Home, Version 2004; OS build 19041.92B

I cleaned out my cache/cookies and The other browser I tried was google chrome and I'm still unable to open my pogo gifts which are now at 49 gifts. I don't know what else to do do and I'm no electronic wizard.

Opening gifts should be functioning, can you clear your cookies/cache and verify, if you continue having issues would you be able to upload a screenshot?

Opening gifts is NOT functioning.  I have cleared my cookies/cache (although I REALLY did not want to!!).  NOTHING.  Exact same results as before:  See Gifts doesn't work.  The ability to click the right arrow to move to the next gift DOESN'T WORK.  EVERYTHING else on the page works fine.

Is there ANY chance ANYONE is ever going to respond to my problem with Pogo.com?  I have TWENTY-THREE gifts - and I cannot open a single one!!   It would be greatly appreciated if SOMEONE AT EA CARED!!
