This is now day 5 for the Season tab malfunctioning. Nobody can claim their rewards. Please, can anyone fix it?

All of this makes one wonder why they would want to pay for this lack of support.  When I joined Pogo over 12 years ago it was a annual membership and that was it.  Now more and more games require you to BUY GEMS in order to continue to play.  Like Poker Town as one.  And they are using more and more of these type games in the challenges.  I think EA, and Pogo's days are numbered.  

I am having the same problem, I have 5 rewards I can't claim after I paid for Premium on the Prize Track. If they are unable to fix this I want a refund of the diamonds spent .

WOW! Seems Section 230 is  getting cooked going after META, Google and many others, some cases have been decided and now they must pay millions in damages!

POGO always wants to blame us (the players and the payers) for their glitches, it's not our devices, it's their inability to care enough to fix their problems. Been here since the old AOL days and we never had this trouble back then, POGO, we come here to relax and enjoy ourselves, but lately it's more trouble than fun. All of these silly questions about laptop/pc/phone/tablet/ram/clear cache/restart devices do not address their games not working properly!

Poker Town won't let me claim my prizes in the SEASON tab. This is now going on 4 days and nobody is fixing it. We are all trying to win a Tournament and need those coins, power-ups and other prizes we won. PLEASE can someone fix this?

Same issue but worse.   Pogo said they gave gems back....  I can't see gems on Poker Town  and since it kept saying buy Season I did!   Can't get live chat support.   but that is useless anyway!   I opened a case for something illegal and Pogo decides  GRAPHIC harassment, sockpuppeteering players to attack me.  Putting my FULL name and ADDRESS on all chat rooms death threats to my husband so they can have their way with me isn't illegal!   Lets see what Pogo says is illegal when my Lawyer approaches EA about Negligence due to not upholding their own terms of service?   Why have a page to report " illegal" activity if you are going to do nothing!    Pogo thinks they are protected under   Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act

Courts have ruled that platforms are immune from lawsuits based on failing to remove content, failing to ban someone, or ignoring reports. However, Section 230 does NOT protect EA from their own negligence or failure to enforce their own policies — it only protects them from liability for what other users do.

I totally agree.  Seems anymore EA and Pogo are not happy with just the annual membership fee.  They have moved to more and more games that require the user to BUY gems to keep on paying.  Good luck with that because I refuse to spend a single penny on gems and may very well be leaving here after over 12 years. 

Same issue going on for 2 days now.  2 different Windows 11, laptops, and my Android phone.  After much frustration I was finally able to get to a human being (good luck with that) and was told to be patient they were aware of the error and were working on it.  2nd issue with Poker Town has to do with getting short changed on getting the correct amount in coins when I win.  Does anybody with EA, or Pogo really care? 

I'm jumping on this bandwagon too! I's been 3 days now and I have a number of prizes to claim and no matter whether I claim one at a time or claim them all at once, it says they're "Claimed" but then I get the same error message as the rest of folks here. C'mon Pogo! You can do better! This is not a Pogo-friendly game. While you can chat, you cannot send friend requests and the inability to remain playing on the same table is really poor design. Of all the Poker card games of the past, this one is clearly the worst one. DO better Pogo! Must I remind you that we PAY for this, both for the membership AND the cost of gems to simply pay a few hands. I'll say it again, NOT Pogo-friendly!

I'm having that particular problem on the prize track myself.  I have 2 boosters to be claimed, but each time I've tried for 3 days now, it give me that same message.  Hope they get it fixed soon.

I have had this issue as well, I did the same as above, and logged out and back in.  I also tried Edge, Firefox, my tablet and my phone.
