Sorry to jump onto this thread but l have tried sending a troubleshooting form to EA but it won't send.
I have been having the same issues of Solitaire home story freezing for several months now. I have done all the troubleshooting tips many times and talked to EA about it in the past, but as you can see the issue still continues. I have attached a video of the error so hopefully you will see what l mean.

I was able to view it and noticed when you're attempting to use the Ace, it isn't working, even though it should be playable.

Hi, is anyone else having issues with the challenges not loading? This is the second day in a row that I can't get into any of the challenges to play.
It is bad enough that we only get new games that kids can play but at least fix the issues with the site. I have been on Pogo for about 20 years now, and I am about to say goodbye and put my money on IWin.com instead. At least they listen and there are so many grown up games on there to play.
Someone at EA needs to get their head out of their arse and fix things, or a lot of folks that I know are going to leave.
