I'm tired of never receiving full credit for any rewards I receive. Example: I just won 80 energy on the spin wheel. Before I spun the wheel I had some energy left (can't remember exact amt. It was 30 or 40 something). After I won the 80 energy on the wheel I went back to the game and I only had 80 energy. So it's not adding the amt you win to your existing balance. This happens on the crates also. Earlier I had finished a page in the book and won some crates and it did he same thing. Also I still have not received the 3500 energy and 2750 crates for filling the book a week ago. So evidently there is a problem in the game that doesn't allow you to have your rewards added to any existing amounts you may have. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank You

I won 90 crates in Spin and Win then 20 crates in Pogis and have not received them. This is not the first time I have lost crates. It would be nice if yous could receive them.

Same as in Merge Academy I have lost chests and items and the glitches are unreal. Would be nice if yous could fix these problems. Losing items is not fun for the game

I just had the same thing happen to me. I was supposed to get 90 crates in spin and 7 gems. Didn't get either.

Same here as well. Won crates on the spinner and chose in the constellation prizes and received neither of them. In total in was about 120 crates!
