Bug on the railway bridge

I found a Bug on the bright islands railway bridge, when I bulldozed the railway tracks that were on the bright islands bridge, after that I could no longer build railway tracks on the bridge, and I could not connect the railway tracks through the bridge, so the railway line was cut off.
