Bring back skate teams and making/ building a skate brand.

I want to be able to have multiple skaters and be able to make a brand and promote the brand with clips. It will add a layer to having a skate teams. Also cross-progression I play on pc and have console and would like them to carry over so I can play whenever wherever be that at home on my pc or on the go on my console.
