I hear you, I have a similar issue. I posted in the bug forums that there is a bug that double charged SVB (was told by EA in the forums it is not a bug!?). - (spaceman bundle and another emote) all in total would have been around $50 down the toilet. There is no SVB history for purchases. Told customer support and they said they would look into my account and were deeply apologetic, that was a month and a half ago and I was meant to hear back weeks ago. For a game that has micro transactions at the forefront they sure don’t take it seriously when these things happen. Disappointing. How does EA expect our trust when all of these issues keep happening….. only option for me is I just won’t spend anymore money.
