i’m stuck in skate.

i am stuck in a box in what i assume is underneath a new park in the game and i can’t get out i’ve tried starting up on my computer and xbox and i just can’t get out i haven’t done missions or anything i just free skate so i don’t have throw downs unlocked idk what to do
