OTLs are a multiplayer-focused challenge where you may meet other players and possibly make new friends. I disagree with the idea of turning timers off for OTLs, as the challenge is the entire point. If everyone can do it solo, there is no encouragement to help build the community and work together to complete stuff.
That being said, I completely agree that the flow for some OTLs is a bit lacking. With four players, if each stays in a certain zone and does those tricks it's pretty easy. But it doesn't feel the best to complete.
