Where is my mission? 🙏

I bought the $50 deluxe version and one of the very first missions open your eyes I have already completed and the task no longer pops up on my  map I completed the two challenges it tells you to do and then the next part of the mission did not pop up. I’ve played the game for weeks, and I still have not got my mission, and I cannot move onto the next mission. What do I do !?
