EA look your game and dont sell this game

You need to report them for EA to take action. They don't automatically know it's happening (that I'm aware of). Fortunately, there have been multiple reports and posts, so they're apparently looking into it.

May I ask how you know that they are “apparently” looking into it? I cannot find this information anywhere and I think the community should know as well so there is still hope, because it feels right now forgotten. Thank you!

Everyone is talking about this and there has been no known action. We have Zylox who has been in contact and basically got ignored it seems. Also the site that you recommended tells us to report a certain player in game which is not the problem. The problem is someone having back acces to the servers and completely paralyzing them.

Use "unknown" for the username. (edit: Preferred approach is to use the link I provided, when you know the hacker's username. If you don't know, provide relevant details in this forum.)

However, you don't need to enter anything at the moment, as EA is aware of the issue and investigating.

Do you have any source that EA is aware and investigating?
