Stuck in Nova Garon , white door wont open , red barriers buged

Question

&nbsp;I'm stuck in Nova Garon in the white room after using BD-1's Electro Dart on the energy core. The Electro Dart's aim assist doesn't work (the line stays yellow, not blue), and the door in the white room won't open (no interaction prompt with BD-1). I have 36 hours of gameplay and can't progress in the main story.[Steps I've Tried:Restarted the game and PS5 multiple times (full shutdown, not rest mode).Meditated at the Hangar Bay Exterior meditation point and replayed the sequence (red barriers, energy core, white room).Died intentionally several times to reset scripts.Changed lightsaber stances (single, dual, crossguard).Traveled to other planets and returned to Nova Garon.Checked aim assist settings (set to Normal/High).Switched between Performance and Quality modes on PS5.Reinstalled the game and ensured it's fully updated (latest patch as of July 2025).Noticed the probe droid no longer spawns, and red barriers can be passed without Merrin's dash (which seems like another bug).Additional Info:I have an older save at 1.5 hours, but I’d prefer not to lose 34 hours of progress.Video showing the issue (3 minutes): [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evHJuiBd6Qw].I talked with an employee minutes ago and he helped me but its not fixed. I just ran into the same problem. The white door on the hanger bay won’t open. I can just walk through the red &nbsp;energy barriers and enemies won’t spawn. Any way for me to progress the story?

Same exact problem but unable to use Force Pull to open this electric box on the ceiling, also Red Shield seems to not work as well, and no enemies re-spawning after resting.

I tried a few things more that you as well, nothing worked. 38h went like a trash into the bin, just like that.. EA will land on the same Slop list as a few other companies on my list of "avoid on any costs" Ubislop is on the very beginning of that list as well..

I no longer need help. The information a EA help specialist named Garima provided me through chat helped solved the issue I was having. I was able to jump dash and clip through the white hanger bay door that would not open. That enabled me to progress the story mission script. In the next room the exit required a button prompt to cut through the obstruction. I could not get the button prompt to work. I then opened the halo map and placed random markers closed the map and reopened it to clear all the markers. I closed the halo map and was then able to get the button prompt to work allowing me to cut through the obstruction to leave the room.
