Devalued as a customer

I had a few questions where I called customer support. I ended up speaking to a supervisor (I will not post name here), this individual made me feel like I was worthless and like he didn't care about my complaint and issue. Totally devalued me as a customer. When I called back to complain I was told customer service could not take issues such as this and I needed to post on forums. Well I was considering returning to the game and as I do not have a current subscription I am unable to post on the forums.

I now have a real debate on if I return to Star Wars as a subscriber with the way I was treated and devalued as a customer. Not sure how you can contact me other then email but I am very very upset and would like some sort of solution to this problem

thank you

    Hi, contacting Eric was probably the best way forward.

    We don't directly intervene with this sort of thing through AHQ, but we can gather info and feed it back. If you have a case number or if this is the same account name used for SWTOR that can help to find the case in question.

    the account display name is upirlikhyi. and this lack of even being acknowledged that i have an issue has got to be the worst customer service i have ever gotten in my 45 years. Even worse then when I ordered a rare steak and the server asked if I was a dog.

    If it take a few day to resolve thats fine but at least let me know I exist in their world

    @Carryli

    Can you provide a general idea of what the account and billing issue is about, generally account issues can only be dealt with over the phone, so its a bit strange that it cant be dealt with that way.

    I had an issue with the account that I kinda dont want to make public the reps were very rude and blew me off. I would prefer to not bring in up on forums as since I posted on the O boards all I am getting is flack.

    In simple terms if they 1-don't at least acknowledge I have an issue by the 19th even if it takes longer to resolve then that I will never buy an ea/bioware game again. I will take back NHL 17 I just bought today and if this is how they treat customers I will start a blog about it.

    This is totally unaceptable. And if need be I know ways of finding non 800 numbers and getting to board members I have done it in the past with other companies and it wouldnt bother me a bit to do it again.

    @Carryli

    An email to support@swtor.com maybe another avenue for you if you haven't tried already.

    Can only suggest/recommend , keep it concise to the issue at the start and finish with what resolution you are looking for at the end.

    Nope I tried where I was told I was ridiculed, insulted and ignored. I give up. I refuse to be treated by a company that I pay a sub to as a 2nd class person. I am going to have to think long and very hard after the referal code is done if I want to return to such a company that provides subpar customer service. I refuse to be ignored and if I have to I will find a non 800 number and call that way.
