- @proxos666 Yes, I did send one following the instructions. Now I know this is not the appropriate thread to ask this but for some reason I can't log in to swtor. My security key seems to not be recognized although it was working fine yesterday. Is this something related to problem or is it that my account is no longer safe? Thanks for any help!

I bought some cartel coins a couple of days ago, 450 of them which I know isn't a lot but I never buy things for online games. However, I was having so much fun with this game and I already had 160 coins from playing I wanted to unlock a new species. Sadly I didn't receive a confirmation email and the payment has been taken out of my bank account. I bought them through the website, I am not a subscriber, and my username is imtheselected.
If you could help me that would be amazing thank you.support checked the swtor account imtheselected and they see nothing on the billing side , maybe purchased on a different account ? best to call swtor support when the lines open so they can search for the purchase if need be
