No Steam account linked but won't log in

So I have had a SWTOR account since 2015 and I haven't played it since it went onto steam. When I try and log in on the launcher it says "We cant log you in. Please double-check you're using the steam account you usually play on and try again.", but the issue is - in the "my account" section on the SWTOR website, it says I dont have an account linked.

So what's the deal, Can anyone give me a hand? please and thank you.
