Not able to play old account from steam launcher

Hi I played this game a long time ago and I wanted to come back, I have download it from steam and launch it from steam when I try to login to my old account, I get the following message. We can't l...

best to call swtor support when the lines are open and see if they can locate another swtor account with any information you can provide them 

you can also input any emails you have and see if it shows another account https://signin.swtor.com/en/recover/displayname
