HI. I also have this problem with subscription for a long time now. All I read is to call EA support but I will not.

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona paincorstar (not the one your posting on now) that EA account uses a different Gmail email to what is on the swtor account (so swtor account uses a different gmail email address)
use the following link insert the other gmail not used on the swtor account to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

use the following link insert the ABV.BG email to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Can you help me? I am having the same issue and I follow the directions you gave the other two. It does not work. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
