When i leave leave the security field blank i don't have this link i have :
"If you don't believe you have a Security Key attached to this account, you'll need to contact Customer Service."
Its not really an Button its only an Text with an Link behind, direct under the field for the Token should be "Lost Token".
If its really not there try it on swtor.com.

There is no such link anymore. I have the same problem. If I do it in the launcher, I get a "Lost your security key?" link but that just takes me to the SWTOR support page which says "Support is now done by help.ea.com" and that's pretty much it.

You are not the first players to be missing this link; I believe it only shows up on some accounts. (For example, I can see the link just fine.)
However, since the link is not visible to you, you have to call Customer Service by phone and have them remove the Security Key. You need to know your account name, e-mail address and answers to your Security Questions to verify that this is your account. Phone numbers can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support

It says that the phone support is for subscribers only. Can I still call them then?
The German support number is an ordinary local one so it's free anyway.

Its an account issue so they should be providing support for it regardless if a subscriber or not.
I was having this issue as well. I found out what the problem was for me. Might be your issues as well. I kept using the launcher when trying to get to the one time code. Kept sending me to the ea support screen too. Try it from the swtor website. Log in there and do as these people instructed. It sent me straight to the screen they have been referring to.

Nope. It's not showing up for me anywhere.

Ok I got it sorted via the customer support.
The support dude was REALLY confused because this seems to be a bug. He had no information about this "Did you lose your security key?" thingy not showing up and couldn't replicate the problem either.
He then sent me a randomly generated code I had to tell him via phone to verify my email address. After that, he made the website send me a one time password and I could remove my security key.
The problem is that Germany updated their privacy laws so he couldn't just remove the security key for me. This could be less of an issue if you're not German should you have the same problem.
