Check your mobile plan in case, here in Australia for example a lot of our mobile plans include free calls to US and UK etc
Update - I have now been able to log into my account, but I've lost billions of credits on a few of my characters. I don't blame anyone else but myself for thinking a twitch site would be safe. Even with an authenticator locking my account, it was still hacked. Obviously, never leaving the game to visit a website you think is safe could have prevented this. But I thought the authenticator would keep my account safe :(

I did email the support team as you suggested, and they redirected me here because I live outside the US. I can't log into my account at all because the support team may have blocked the account from being accessed at my request (for safety purposes). Are you able to reset the password and unblock the account?
