I just changed my password to a new password, but there is still a block on my account. Please let me know if you are able to remove the block so I can log back in. Thank you.

If there is a block on the account due to being compromised, email response should of been for you to call swtor support when the lines are open, as you will need to verify the account is yours to regain access

That was the reply for anyone living in the listed countries, which I don't. Does this mean I have to pay for a call to the US or the UK to get assistance with this issue even though I don't live in either country?

Check your mobile plan in case, here in Australia for example a lot of our mobile plans include free calls to US and UK etc
