in the swtor account look at the purchase history, and check the status of the purchase does it say open or closed or failed
It currently says open

That likely needs to change to closed, will confirm with support in about 3 hrs when they are onlineYou need to wait for that purchase to change to either closed or failed, it may fail given the time it has taken
If it does close let me know if the subscription doesn't apply and i can followup further on your behalf with swtor supportThank you for your help! I am letting you know that it now says "Closed" but my account subscription status still shows as inactive, and still preferred status in game
I will check with swtor support, response will be in about 6 hrs when they are online for the day

I'm having this same issue. I subscribed 2 days ago and I'm still not getting the subscriber benefits. Nobody's available at the call number either.
