AAT Newbie Question

Hey Guys... I read a lot about the Raid, but I still have one question.

We are a guild of mostly 70+ players. A few members have a 6* squad and it will take perhaps weeks for us, taking the tank down.

My question is: Is there any disadvantage for us, starting the first raid and spend such a long time for it? Can we start the Rancor Raid in addition to the AAT Raid?

thx for answers
  • You can run both simultaneously. You get raid tickets for both so you don't have to pick and choose which to do.
  • No disadvantage as long as you don't abandon the tank raid.
Slight disadvantage if you consider that you will cap on the guild currency for the tank raid.

Yes, you can start rancor and tank raid at the same time and have them run simulataneously. They also do not share guild currencies either.
  • @Athusk: Thx for your answer. Can you explain, what you mean with cap on the guild currency?
  • Each raid has a cap of 150,000 tickets each. If you are taking too long to finish the raid then your tickets will max out before you are able to start another one. Don't worry about that. Your priority is figuring out how to get through the raid. Then, how to do it faster, and faster, and faster until you're slaughtering that thing on auto.
  • Ah ok... our tickets are maxed out at the moment. So there will be no disadvantage in starting this thing, because we are on the cap already.

Will the 600 tickets you generate every day count for each of the raids?

You should never let your ticket max, because you'll be wasting raids.
Yes, if you get 600 tickets, that is 600 for both raids.
  • I thank you all for the answers.

All of our Players startet around December, so we are not ready for this raid in general. But when there is really no disadvantage in trying this, even if we are not strong enough, we will try this out.
  • Yeah, start the thing, and it will take forever, but the sooner you start it the sooner you'll get your first set of rewards. Even if it takes weeks, you'll get them eventually. It doesn't hurt. It might be much longer than a few weeks. Our guild spent two weeks on our first normal tank raid, and we were further along than you are now.
  • We started it 30 minutes ago... and we did less than 10% damage the first day ^^

But we will stay on it and take it down, how long it lasts.

    thx all
