- Ninjadad52Rising RookieActually, EA does do it now. I went through it successfully last week. When you contact EA support, let them know you need to verify your date of birth with the DOB verification unit. Once you have a case number, you send an email to: dobverification@ea.com with requested information, as well as an image for proof of age (I attached a picture of a license).
Below is the email I sent. it took about four days to get a response and my DOB updated.
Dear Madam or Sir,
I contacted EA Worldwide Support today to update my date of birth (DOB) for one of your games, Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes; the game developers announced on their website that updating a DOB was now possible: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/221219/content-update-12-18-2019
Following my phone call with EA Worldwide Support, I am writing you to verify/prove my age. Attached is a copy of my XXXXXX. If you require further verification/proof, please let me know.
My date of birth is XXXXX. My Ally Code in the game is XXXX. This is for Case #XXXX.
Sincerely,

I sent mine in too. Please let me know if you hear back and I’ll do the same.- Hello EA, anyone out there???
- Well the update notes says it’s possible and support has no clue...
- There's another post about it. You have to go thru EA's Age Verification or something he said.
- That does not work, EA won’t do it.
- Ninjadad52Rising RookieAlso, if one customer service rep says they can't do it, just try another.
- Did you get in game communication working again?
- I sent my email requesting the change as noted above and am waiting for the update
- Nothing as of yet....
