Ok, so for 1000th time: Dooku NEVER, I mean NEVER initiated Asajj into the Sith Order, so she never was Sith. Kinda like the Inquisitors (I hope you know they aren't Sith either....). Dooku also NEVER initiated Savage into the Sith Order, BUT! Maul, who was still a Sith Lord (he never was banished or anything, simply assumed to be KIA) initiated Savage into the Sith Order, so he indeed was a Sith, but not by Dooku.
TL;DR: Asajj=not Sith, Savage=Sith
