Banned account, can't create EA Ticket

Hi, my name is Ruben and my account Hoard Paratrooper, ally code 461-278-253 (I don't have the player ID), was banned out of the blue. I've tried to raise a ticket but the EA Answers page is not letting me fill all the blanks in the form. Is there any way I can get help on this issue?

Lol level 58 ewoks unlocking 3P0 definitly not happening legit.

An old video showed they can unlock him at g9 but that took alot of rng and about 1000 tries just to survive the initial barrage of attacks.

That was with Chirpa and wicket and they all had to have good mods.

The battle timers are just as crazy (if not more so) as the results themselves.

I don't know whether he cheated or not but didn't we just get a 330 shard pack a couple weeks ago? Was 3PO in that?
