Yes and yes Rex L gives TM after he's dead which is usually way before he ever gets his 2nd squad discipline off on defense.
You will have it very, very hard against zQGJ teams.
Rex > Zaul > zQGJ > Rex is the cycle of life with zader pouting on the sideline.
