I know both are viable and need to choose one for now to focus on. Here is where I stand with the current teams. The one thing making me lean towards clones is 3 are already pilots. Clones:Rex and Fives- both are 7*, need gear and leveledClone Sergeant- 4* and gear 7Currently farming Echo and Cody in Fleet Shipments and Guild Store...I see one or both of their shards every day in the stores Droids:JE- 5* needs geared and leveledEwok Elder- subbing for Nebit, 7* gear 8IG86- 4* gear 7The problem now is I need both IG88 and HK and both are available in one place.

Droids maybe if you need a good arena team but zeta clones will do way more damage in p2

you can farm more than 2 arena store characters in the time it takes to farm clone sgt from 4* to 7*.

Droids maybe if you need a good arena team but zeta clones will do way more damage in p2

I'm definitely good on arena team, but I would be open to adding Rex to my current one in the future.

THIS. I've been farming my CS for months and almost have him at 7*s In that time I've farmed a good portion of Eoth Koth, AA, and am 15 away from StHan....

Im a droid user...there great...but... your not gonna be top player with just droids...i mainly use b2/k2/88/hk/100/je now...and sprinkle in zader/tf/ep/rg/shoretrooper

Clones ... i maxed fives and just unlocked rex via shipshop and will probably continue to focus on just rex once i unlock zeta ship challenge, before i move onto the other clones....i have also been slow grinding clone seargent forever and he is halway to 6*...he is the biggest timesuck of all of the clones and droids.

Having both myself, they are both really fun. Cody will get my first Zeta (should be early next week). I haven't ran droids in arena for quite some time, but I also don't do full clones either. I probably will once Cody gets his zeta. (I'm always in top 5, there are also some droid players in top 5 as well in my mid-december '15 shard, all depends on your mods)

Work on farming droids, but keep working on clone sergeant on those hard nodes. Need some hard node farms anyway. When CS is getting close to 7*, you should have a fully working droid team, so can shift your focus to gearing clones. Also, don't overlook IG-100 for phase 2. Our top scorer uses him and can put in 2mil+ in phase 2 of hAAT cause of his counter with offense down significantly increasing his team's survivability.

@Loose_Lee I don't really care about being top player I'm just wondering who would be the best/fastest route for me to go farming wise. And I'm not using just droids. I am subbing Nebit for EE and have JE who is only 5* at the moment. He rarely shows in guild store for me

@Meerava Really? One of my guildmates said IG100 wasn't that great. What's the team that is being used with him?

As of now i have only used my droids on phase 2 of heroic and got 600k (first time so i didnt really know what to expect). But, i have used my droids on phase 4 of normal and got 7.7mil. I'm currently gearing/ranking up my clones so i can run both teams for phase 2 and 4. Hopefully this helped :)
