We've told them. CG's response was to make "Galactic Legend" datacrons that go to level 15. We also told them GLs shouldn't have DCs, they stopped making them for a while, but went back to it. Not to mention, they keep adding characters that wipe the floor with GLs even though they claimed GLs are "the top tier!"
Datacrons provide variety, but as people get bored with them, CG wanted to up their game again. Instead of improving GAC and TW without datacrons, they're just changing datacrons for us to rent and omicrons for us to purchase.
At this point, you won't even get an apathetic response, let alone a sincere one. But good luck with that.
