There is still a 15% chance to resist. However today I experienced really bad RNG (I don't use Dengar however), because I got resisted way more often than in other raids. Got dodged 10+ times and Teebo was almost never in stealth. Needless to say I could not finish the first phase where normally I can do this eyes closed.
