Do Devs ever respond? Account Banned

How long does it take to here back from a Dev? My account got banned 11 days ago and I still don't know why. I've messaged EA and CG_LucifersDaddy and heard nothing. Other players I've talked to heard back within a few days, but some players have also told me that in the past they never got a response from a Dev. Is there anything else I can do?
CG_LD also hasn't been active on the forums since April 29th.

    Unfortunately the only person who can discuss any details about banned accounts is CG_LD. Activity on the forum doesn't always correlate to responses. Messages on the forum can be sent directly to email.

    The only course of action is to wait, also be mindful that repeat messages may not help either, we have seen comments from another dev that worked with LD, saying that each new message will put your message in line with the timestamp. meaning the new one will put you at "the back of the list".
