Drop the raid star requirements.
With the influx of new characters (primarily in response to Rogue One) who are possible to unlock, but impractical to 7*, it would be nice to drop the * requirements for toons who can be used in raids...

I was thinking this today as well... "why am I gearing these when I can't use them any time soon".... so +1
Don't really see why not, toons will still be more powerful at 7* then 4*
