make a dark side character have an aoe tenacity down. plus have his unique be like vader were if it is removed it reapplies. maybe the unigue will say this(level 7) this character gains 10% critical damage and chance whenever a enemy has tenacity down. (level 8 zeta) whenever tenacity expires or is removed reapply tenacity down as long as this unit isn't defeated.

Not sure if dengar at blazing fast 109 speed and the caveat of requiring a crit (on each enemy) is really the "fix" the op is hoping comes to the game.

So basically... make it so there's no counter to sith? And this isn't even a leader ability like Zader? +50%CC and +50%CD and the other team can't resist debuffs? Tenacity up isn't a problem, it's a necessary counter in this game. Dark side debuffs, Light side cleanses. It's how it all works.

tancicty up doesn't make debuffs irresistible if they have tenacity up. the debuff will go through the normal thing it does to apply the debuff. its not Op at all. plus right now debuff teams are really slacking.

oh and my light side resistance relies heavily on debuffs.

Easier fix would be that tenacity up increases tenacity by X% (probably 25-50) and likewise tenacity down reduces by X%

I don't understand why tenacity up makes every attack impossible to inflict debuff - it's tenacity up, not tenacity max!

I just realized Ashoka Tano Fulcrum would probably be made immune to tenacity down or any negative effect if it can be re-applied like zeta Vader's DoTs

If you really wanted faster characters can inflict tenacity down. Vader worked out pretty well with the whole re-apply thing, who is pretty slow but also fairly bulky, like Dengar
