Emperor Palpatine Event @ Level 70 with 7* possible?

Hi.I would like to ask those experienced players out there if I can beat EP on 7* with the following setup:Lando, STH, Biggs, Luke and Scarif Rebel Pathfinder all at Level 70 and all on Gear Level 8 cause that could be the only option for me right now to get 5 7*Rebels in time (I am Level 58 right now).Thanks for your answers.

By the end of the event I would be Level 70 so the toons will be 70. And the question was will it be enough to get EP at 7*?

It will be difficult to go from level 58 to 70 in time... Unless you're spending on crystals?

And that's gonna be a few million in credits too. I've asked a similar question before and the answer was you're gonna need to be around level 80 realistically
