It's not a farm, it's a legendary type event. Journey and legendary type events dont have farm locations. You just have to be patient. It's a minimum of 3 months between and it never appears on the calendar until the 3rd time.
Farming 4 bouty hunter ships is quite the slow farm... You know exactly what he meant and are just trying to be dense?
