GAC Garbage

Well I stopped playing that mode since a few rounds after the change

The game was always pairing me against players with 2 or 3 GL ( I have none) and with far more GP that me which allowed them to field strong relic squads in defense (including their GL) that I could not break and at the same time they could break my best defense squads like nothing.

Whether or not I participated in the GA from that point I would go down every round. So now I just don't participate anymore. My rank and reward are still going down very fast (So far I went down from Aurodium to Chromium I, which means Bronzium is coming soon) but at least I don't have to bother with setting up squads or watching stronger players preying on me for easy wins.

The only thing that bugs me is that this new update ruined all my efforts climbing up to Aurodium. But to say the truth I feel much better now like this. This game mode was too much time consuming and the rewards not really worth it. I am in a strong guild that doesn't require me to go GL and I can still progress nicely without this source of income. I can focus on the characters I like instead of going for GA viable squads.

The thing is I left the game for more than a year and since I returned about year ago I found it quite hard to catch up. The GL are a pain to farm and if I decided to go for them it would not allow me to play the game the way I want and it would be futile days and days of farming gear to achieve something not worthy in the end as the time it would take for me to get one something else more powerful would be released in the meantime.

What can I say, no more hassle with that mode and my dailies are much faster.

How would they know what their matches are like? They are not playing it. They are the ones guaranteeing their drop in rewards.

I don't know why someone who just thinks the game mode is a waste of time, and are happy not playing it, would bother writing such a long post about it.

I get it.....2 out of 3 match ups are garbage. But sometimes I out weigh my opponent.
It's honestly going to be pretty tough to create an algorithm that will match you perfectly every time.

That said....I've got a pretty go roster....spend a little $ every now and then....I just laugh off the 4 GL accounts, it's all in fun...they spend all their $ on online games, I spend mine on real life stuff. Laugh, pop open beer and hit the town. This will be here tomorrow.

Not an insult, but an observation…

Claiming that anyone owning 4+ GLs only got them by spending is silly.

I have 6 and 4 of them i didnt spend a dime to level requirement characters or chase campaign energy on them

Well I am an active player, I can be successful in TB and TW and do my share without any GL.
Many walls can be attacked without these. We have players who have GL and players who don't have GL. Everybody can help.

As for GA I am not matched against anybody as I don't enter any GA sign up anymore.
The game just lower my Skill Rating after every event, even though I am not participating.
