Getting one toon to Era Lvl 135
Or even 125, I have the relic mats to spare. Failing that, even 120 would be good enough, unlocking the final tier of the event.

I'm entirely free to play, so no bonus track or paid packs. Loaned Units are currently at 96.
How in the heck do I upgrade Snowman? All the MK VI Superior Performance Cores are locked behind bonus boxes of the bosses, which I can't get because there's no real way to improve my teams spectacularly enough to claim all the required ones. The crystal packs amounts are terrible quality, I'd have to spend at least 5K just to get 150 for 1 upgrade hurdle. With that 150 I could get to 114, but that introduces even more roadblocks. Please, is it that monetised that a F2P who already spent their horde of crystals to get seven star can't even unlock the last event tier?
I've been following BitDynasty and will continue to do so, but I really don't know if I can do well enough to get what I need. Help me out here.

I have spoken prematurely. Snowy is now at 114 and all the others at 99. The performance cores are no longer an issue, which now shifts a new issue - I cannot go any higher than 115 without paying money. No workarounds or nothing. One of the item upgrades is only available to buy. What the actual F, CG. What possible event before these bantha poodoo eras have phsyically required money and not just time? My disgust grows every day. Can't even get the final event tier.
