Give us more ways to play with our teams and increase ways to earn credits

Between GAC, TW, TB, Raid, Conquest and misc Events (I am not counting Dailies because they get simmed) that is a LOT of time playing different squads against different squads.  You want MORE?

Definitely agree with the 'too much to do' guys, especially that Conquest/TB week.  However, I would be interested in a way to earn credits.  I think it'd be a little broken if somebody like me had limitless credits......I'd have so much more freedom for farming mods.  There should be a credit crunch of some sort.

I'd like to see a 'guild' GAC of sorts.  Everybody puts 30 say defensive teams up.  You then have a month to work through as many teams as you like, earning credits as you go.

I see both sides of the argument here. 

On one hand, I find things like TB, Conquest, GAC, Raids, Fleet Arena climb in a very busy Fleet shard, all take up a lot of my spare time, so I am not really keen on anything that would add any significant play time to what is an already lengthy list. The one week in the month where TB coincides with Conquest, for instance, sees me spending well over an hour playing the game each day. 

On the other hand, I would have no objections whatsoever if CG decided to reintroduce the Galactic Challenges without removing the new Era / Coliseum system. I rarely found them a chore, and they were often a very handy mechanism for completing Episode / Character Quests. If a similar game mode was introduced that allowed truly optional game play opportunities then that is fine by me. If it offered rewards I don't need, like Credits, that's also fine. 

I would like the devs to do something about TB screentime, especially for "end-game" guilds / players. There are several missions I run in TB where I think it is actually impossible to do anything but complete with 2/2 waves (1/1 for Fleet). Has my Jabba ever failed to get 2/2? Not in any of the mixed planets. Has my GLAT ever failed to 2/2 the top CM in Vandor? Nope - but it ties up my phone for 15 minutes or more every fortnight when I run the mission.  A sim option for at least some of the TB missions would be a game-changing QOL improvement. 

As a mid game player, I’m low-ish on ship credits, but am certainly good on cantina credits.

The game can be played how you want though- some just like to collect the characters.

Yes, of course guilds will kick players who don't contribute but its not about what is correct, its just about making effort and progressing. Our guild is competive and we have no requirements as to how to play, or what to farm but we will not tolerate freeloaders.

As for designer players- nonsense, its just progressing our accounts. Of course I want to get the best toons, thats not the game telling me it, thats me wanting to be competive in all game modes, the same way you choose not to be competive.

The game will always have bottlenecks and they change as you progress. Early it can be credits, mid Kyros, late will be higher end relic mats. Its a resource management game and you can't expect to always have every resource on hand in this type of game.

What? Ok, early game credits can be an issue but by the mid game you are swimming in both types of credits.

As for playing the game for extended periods of time there is pretty much always some kind of event that requires time running- we really don't need more.

This game has always been about what you must do, period. Failing to not do what must be done results in poor rosters, like mine, or guilds kicking you for not doing what they want etc. This game will hurt you for not doing what must be done. At 8.5 million GP and two GLs, my opponents have lower GP with twice or more GLs. I call them designer players, because they didn't do what they wanted, they followed guidelines on doing what is deemed to be correct.

Anyway, the problem of having more game modes that give more rewards is that then it becomes something that is not "something you can do": it is "something you must do". Because if you really need that rewards, playing a lot will give you an advantage over those who don't. That's why some people thinks the game is too time demanding: because you maybe can play 4 hours a day, but others have just a few minutes and when you have GAC, Conquest and TW at same time it's more than they can handle. That's the point of the sandbox mode (without any reward): something you can play if you want, but you're are not losing anything if you don't.
