We are continuing to investigate the cause of these issues. In the meantime, we will be changing the Guild Currency Cap later today to 150k until we can find a more permanent solution. This should allow you all to earn Guild Bank Currency as you did prior to us adding a cap. We'll give another update once we have the full solution in place.

@EA_Jesse What about the currency we didnt accumulate today if we are in Europe or Asia? We have missed a day of contributions now as payout was nearly 2 hours ago.

So... reverting the daily guild coin cap until you find a solution sounds like a good first step. Now its maybe time to ask about compensation... Can those of us who lost about 90000 guild coins expect something from you, once this problem is solved?

Personally, I would prefer if you just add up our missing guild coins from the previous days. Some guilds might get into trouble with the overall 150k cap then... but this sounds like the best solution to me.

We really appreciate the effort to implement a temporary fix. In the meantime, can you comment on whether guilds will be reimbursed for lost currency?

By the end of the day today we'll be out roughly 90k in raid currency or the equivalent of 1.5 heroic raids. That's a significant loss of credits, gear, guild currency, and Han shards. I know my guild mates would be much happier knowing something will be done about that.

Why not remove the daily cap altogether until a solution is found? Given the behavior we're seeing, I'm not sure that raising the cap will fix the problem. Changing a constant in code with unknown behavior doesn't generally make the behavior any more predictable.

Also, my guild is all curious as to whether our missed coins will be restored at some point in the future to be used on raids.

Like other comments above, what will be done about all the missed guild bank coins? Our guild spent crystals on dailies for energy requirements and such for 0 guild bank coins while missing out on 2 full raids

Is it allowed according to forum rules to speak about compensation? If so, I have a great example!
