Guild bank issues (Merged Threads) ***DEV COMMENT***
Is anyone's working? Did I miss something? Our leader has been active but we are stuck at 57k coins since yesterday.

This is a important topic and we understand the frustration about this issue, the team is listening and EA_Jesse is trying to help and submitting the issues up.
while they are working through this, the personal attacks and baiting is not going to help or speed that process up. They love making the game and we love playing it as clear from the passion in this post, but we need to keep the conversation productive and civil.

Is it really to much to ask to get an update on this, other then we are working on it. Its been since last Saturday this has been broken. Remove the raid hopping fix out and until you determine why that update broke it. All affected Guild members are losing guild coin, guild gear and in turn affect our arena standings and rewards, since we can not improve our characters like others."EA_Jesse;509042" wrote:

Also, please note the following: Guild Bank Coins (the diamond slab icon with a coin on it) are tied to the schedule of the guild activities. 6:30pm at the Guild Leader’s time is when they reset and are delivered. This reset time never changes even if the Guild Leader does, its permanently set when the Guild is created.
Now, after reading through these comments it appears that some Guilds are still having issues days later, and that is what we're investigating. To help out our server engineers and so that they can more closely look at your Guild, what I could use from you is your Guild name and the name of at least one player that isn't having their contributions counted. With this, we can look exactly where the problems are being reported.
We'll continue working on this more today and with the information you all supply hopefully we can find out exactly what's going on.

EA_Jesse is currently with The server team about this issue. They are working on this issue as we speak and the details of this complicated issue is well outlined above.

I'll try to be understable, but my english is very bad (as you can read :persevere: ):
we have an initial leadership timezone in Hong Kong (12h30 in France), and we are french. So, what happens, according to me, is : day 1 our player do their activity and are contribuating to the guild with their 600/600. Each player have a personnal reset for 00h00 or 01h00 (am) where their 600/600 coldown to 000/600. They sleep. Then, they wake up and play and farm and they do again their 600/600 BUT the guild bank is still blocked at 30k until 12h30 !!.
So, only some players who don't touch at the game the morning can give their 600 to the guild bank if they are playing in the evening for exemple.
In our case, we wil be able to raid 1 day for 4... instead of 1 for 2. Too bad. Thinking about creating a new guild. We've already lost 2 T7...
I can say that this is not the case for us... on monday evening we had 100 coins left, after our normal tuesday reset at 1am we could start to collect coins again... our bank coins went up to about 28000. Then shortly after our next normal reset at wednesday 1 am, our guild bank went up to 30100. And thats where it was/will be blocked for the rest of the day until thursday 1 am. Usually we have several people who log into the game for their first time in the evening but even then their guild coins are not contributed to the bank.
The closest what we experience is that the guild currency cap of 30k is not counting for 1 days but for 2 days instead.- Phenoms24
