As much as I hate to say this....yes it came from an official source, it was not an official statement..... it sucks when the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing but, I don't trust anything until it's in game or in the released statements that get posted to the forums.

It was a pretty official statement. Tournaments were released with the intent on crystals being used for refreshes, and that's what the first one was. We all complained about that and it changed to Ally Points, it only changed because the community wanted something else.

Sorry but a comment on reddit is not official, the person who made it is official but that is a different thing...

It would be nice if they allow a multi sim option just like battles. Maybe do 10 at a time. It's tedious using any amount of those things.

After they made the change, an explanation (in game)that ally coins will be used for bronzium and tournaments was added....so unless they changed that I suspect they are coming back in some form.

Yeah I know, I'm just saying that they had said they weren't going to use them for anything because they really weren't planning on it, they were going to just use crystals for tournaments. But then the community complained so they used the only other thing that would actually make sense to use there which was Ally points. Now they're probably still up for use for tournaments and such, but we don't really know when/if tournaments are coming back or if anything else is going to use them for a while.

On an update they said that tournaments are gonna be on until summer, that they can change they way they made them, and why such a fuzz about.... they said they never gonna use them for anything but now they are onto tournaments, well, we all complained it was crystals that you could refresh with, and community went mad( normal) so they made ally points but no, now ppl complain they have to use/save ally points.....
all I can say, whiners.
Bottom line, I hope for a tournament every week or 2 until August comes and then change they way they work but still let us use this ally points on them ^_^
