Ok, thanks for sharing you've already discussed this with @EA_Gunner. I've caught up on your past posts to get up to speed with things.
I'm sorry, I know you were hoping for different news but @EA_Gunner is correct here; affected players have already received a make-good with Hotfix 6/18 and Update 6/20. I can only reiterate what he's shared, that if you didn't received a make good, it's likely because your account did not fulfil all requirements. This is not something we can change.
