Is "Echo" underpowered?
Do you feel like Echo has too little health and protection and is too easily killed?

I've got him to 7*s and I'm working on leveling him up now. He has excellent synergy with a clone team...good prototype support character, however, he needs either a modest increase in HP or DMG. If I had to pick one I think I would like his HP and survivability increased.
