Just put 5s in the 5th slot anyway, I have ever since the bug was out there and they confirmed it, it’s not to difficult to place him in 5th slot they did mention in the Q and A that it was still there (the 5s bug)
I always do place him in 5th slot, but recently fought a squad with Fives not in the 5th slot, and when I killed Echo first - seemed they got very powerful ... so I thought I'd ask about the status of the bug with all the updates - and not appearing on the DevTracker.

Is this issue still affecting Clones, Shaak, GAS squads?
The issue is with his zeta, which affects clone troopers, and the squads you listed. This was confirmed in the dev Q&A.

It's a bug, so essentially the issue is not absolute. it's undetermined whether it will work correctly or not. For whatever the reason, the workaround is to ensure he's in the 5th slot.
I've noticed this. (poster above) as well as a few weird things. I'm not sure it is working as intended.
He scarified, I think..I'm pretty sure on a few occasions, and I'm not sure if Echo and Rex received their stats from Fives... And yes, 5's was in the 5th slot.
