Is the new Temple Guard Datacron bugged?

Same with me.  I only got it leveled up to 6 before Grand arena started.  Ahnald's was leveled up automatically in his live stream.

Same.  Spent money to get datacron and Temple Guard early, and then don't have the RIDICULOUS amount of resources to level up the datacron that should automatically be leveled up???  c'mon CG.  so much for trying to get an advantage in time for GAC.  

Just had buggy log in and then it said sorry for inconvenience with fully completed cron. Go to check, not there. CG fix your game!

I’m in a similar boat. I got lucky with a 330 card pull and got the cron. Leveled it up to 3. Got what appeared to be a full cron through a “sorry for any inconvenience”. When I open it levels 1-3 are still unlocked. 12 appears to be unlocked, but 4-11 appear to be locked still. Very weird  

Funnily enough, I just got another message with another datacron and this one is fully unlocked!
