Is this correct?

Started today May 4th and got to account level 20 to unlock the Era system but find I have zero resources so cannot actually do anything. Isn't there supposed to be a catch up mechanic or something? Nothing in mailbox or shop nor on the website.

I think the catch up packs show up as popups from the main screen.

It is literally the last day of the Era of Andor. and You can't do anything with Andor characters because they were released 3 months ago and you have 0 progress.
