Jar Jar...?

Did they forget about Jar Jar? Currently its been 109 days ago since the last appearance of him. The event prior was 95days... So jar jar has been around over 200 days and we've only seen him twice... 
They've said that every 9+ months a new raid will come yet, most of us missed like +50% of THE hero of the raid. Why can Bo come back every month but characters like GI, JKCK, and others dont...
