Jkl lead broke in phase 4 of geo tb?

Anyone else having issues in phase 4? I use jkl lead which 99% of the time is 4/4 however when I ended each wave with the special for lukes lead the following wave wasn't starting with jkl at full tm. I even had a magnaguard in wave 4 that didn't have taunt up however even my jml couldn't target anyone else. Just curious if it's just me or if somethings broke

The ‘issue’ probably comes down to Yoda and Shaak.
If you use the mass swarm on the final enemy and they have over 50% health Yoda will gain his bonus 40% TM from using his basic. If he already had high TM it will cause him to overflow, and since JKL only gets granted100% turn meter and not a bonus turn then any other ally above 100% TM will go before him.
Also, there is also the Platoon ability that grants GR characters a bonus turn whenever they defeat an enemy. So if you use a mass swarm and either Shaak or GMY got the kill they will get the bonus turn and go before Luke
If you noticed that JKL did not have 100% TM or if someone on the enemy team went before JKL then something is bot WAI
